The Real Estate Book of North King and Snohomish Counties started in April of 1992. We have grown from 16 pages in our first issue to an average of 170 to 184 pages. Not only is our book a leader in the area, we are recognized nationally as one of THE BEST books for advertisers.

We truly represent the industry as a whole with pages submitted by Real Estate Agents, Real Estate Offices, Builders, and Mortgage, Title and Escrow Companies. We are the most complete Real Estate publication in the area.

We credit our growth to you, the Real Estate Agent. The majority of our advertisers are in our book because of a referral from a fellow agent or success in advertising on an office page. If they were not getting results, they would not refer you to a company like us. You can see we don't succeed unless you do as well.

We also have the resources to take care of most all of your marketing needs. Aside from the obvious page in our publication, we also offer marketing on the web, farming cards, additional copies of your page, 4" x 6" copies of each new photo and many other marketing solutions. Our office employs 22 full and part time people plus 6 different distribution companies. Our distribution motto for North King and Snohomish Counties is; "We have you covered!" The Real Estate Book has the power to get the job done for you.

Each person specializes in their own department; you won't have sales people taking photos of homes, only professional photographers. We also have production people who can design the simplest of pages, to the most detailed primarily used for new construction.
